FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How are toys cleaned?

All toys are first cleaned with an all natural, 100% biodegradable cleaner. Anything with fabric is steam cleaned. We do however, request that toys are returned in a clean condition.

2. Do you deliver?

Yes all toys are delivered to an address of your choice at no extra charge.

3. Are the toys bought second hand or new?

All toys are bought NEW and not second hand from well trusted partners.

4. I want to rent a toy for a day but the site doesn't allow me?

Most toys in the library may either be rented for a period of a week or up to a month. Only some toys may be rented for a 4 day period. When clicking on the calendar below you will find the rental duration period of each toy. As for parties, we offer a number of different options. Please look at our parties’ packages options.

5. What are my payment options?

Toys may either be paid for by credit card through paypal or via your paypal account. Or you may choose to pay cash on delivery. No deposit is taken beforehand.

6. What is the policy of cancellations?

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to the rent start date or a 50% rent fee is payable.

7. Can I extend my rental period?

Should you wish to extend your rental period you will need to contact us and see if we can arrange it for you. Most of the time we will do our best to do so.

8. Do you offer party packages?

Yes we do, please check out our parties section. However, should you wish to customise your own party package, please let us know by contacting us via email or phone and we will be more than happy to help you out with advice on popular toys for particular age groups or party themes and will do our very best to make your child's party a huge success.

9. Do you assemble the toys when they are rented?

Yes with each toy we offer free assembly of that specific toy.

10. What is included in the price?

All prices are already inclusive of VAT and free delivery.

11. What happens if a child breaks a toy?

This depends on the type of damage done to the toy, if it is something minor and fixable no charged is given to the client. However, if the damage is such that the toy is unable to be rented out again, the full retail value will be charged.
